Excellent service! The floor was completed to very high standard. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality flooring Cheers guys
We had our uneven garage floor levelled and then given a resin top coat. This was not a big job, but we felt very well looked after and the guys on site were very professional throughout. The job was lovely and was left clean and tidy …
Would highly recommend DelaneyResin&Construction, very professional from start to finish. We were extremely pleased with the final look and the attention to detail mick and the team gave to their work. …
Great experience
Mick swooped in during a time of need like a hero and did a fantastic job with our floor. He was sharp, communicative, professional, tidy and came up with quick solutions on his feet. Mick is one of the good ones!
Before the finish
The pour is the part everyone watches. Preparing the floor comes first. The existing surface, old coatings and signs of moisture all shape the work beneath the finish.
The existing floor needs to be assessed first. Its condition, moisture, daily use and the finish you want all affect what is suitable.
It may be possible when the concrete is suitable. Cracks, weak areas, old coatings or moisture can change the preparation needed, so the floor has to be assessed first.
